Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel assignment in Santa Rosa, California. The position is 40 hours per week, days shift, 8 hours per shift, for 26 weeks starting 10/19/2026.

Requirements include an active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of recent Cath Lab acute care experience. This travel role includes comprehensive benefits and nationwide job access.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Cath Lab setting.

Responsibilities

• The Cardiac Cath Lab RN performs angioplasties, implants pacemakers and diagnoses cardiac conditions with an invasive catheterization procedure.
• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the arteries of the heart.
• Identify blockages, assist the physician during procedures, and monitor the patient’s status.
• Administer interventional procedures like cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, and related procedures.
