**Required or Preferred Experience:**- LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE; or will consider busy Level II.**Certifications:**- BLS (Basic Life Support) required.- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.**Licensure:**- RN must have an Arizona License.- For Techs, Arizona ARRT and MRTBE are required.**Clinical Experience:**- RNs are expected to circulate.- Techs must be able to scrub.- RNs will complete SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion & central line dressing changes.**Skills and Qualifications:**- Pass a dysrhythmia exam (passing score: 80% with two attempts allowed).- Competence in sterile field is crucial.- Use of Cerner and Xper EMR systems.- Ability to use Phillips and Siemens equipment.
