MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Norwalk, Connecticut. The Cardiac Cath Lab RN will perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers, and diagnose cardiac conditions with an invasive catheterization procedure.

Shift is 8 hours, days, with a 13-week assignment and travel benefits provided. This role requires active RN license, a nursing degree, BLS & ACLS certifications, and at least 18 months of recent Cath Lab experience in acute care

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current nursing degree from an accredited program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Eighteen months of recent acute care Cath Lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer care for cardiac patients and assist during cath lab procedures.
• Identify blockages, monitor patient status, and support the physician.
• Perform interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures as directed.
