Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a flexible, primarily remote role. Approximately 75% of services are remote, with 25% in-person assessments in Salisbury, MD, travel expenses covered.

Flights from Orlando may be available for travel to Salisbury as needed. The position emphasizes delivering quality ABA care to children with autism, supervising RBTs/BTs, and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or related developmental needs.
• Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Salisbury, MD for scheduled assessments and in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and measurable treatment goals.
• Provide approximately 75% of services remotely through telehealth, when clinically appropriate and permitted by payer and regulatory requirements.
• Travel to Salisbury, MD, to conduct required in-person assessments and provide the remaining 25% of services.
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Monitor client progress, analyze behavioral data, and make data-driven treatment modifications.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families, team members, and other professionals.

Blossom ABA Therapy is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a flexible, primarily remote role.

This position offers the opportunity to provide approximately 75% of services remotely, with the remaining 25% requiring in‑person services and assessments in Salisbury, Maryland. All work‑related travel expenses to Salisbury will be covered.

For candidates traveling from the Orlando, Florida, area, direct flights from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to Salisbury–Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (SBY) may be available, offering a convenient travel option.
