Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a flexible, mostly remote team. The role offers about 75% telehealth service delivery, with 25% in-person assessments in Salisbury, Maryland. All work-related travel is covered, with potential flights from the Fort Lauderdale area.

The position emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA services, supervising RBTs/BTs, and collaborating with families under BACB and Maryland licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder or related needs.
• Strong clinical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to Salisbury, MD for in-person assessments and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement and oversee individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide approximately 75% of services remotely via telehealth.
• Travel to Salisbury, MD for in-person assessments and remaining 25% of services.
• Supervise and support RBTs and BTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze data to guide treatments.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families and professionals.
