Job summary

Pearceservices is seeking an Experienced Travel Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Technician to support operations across the United States. This position demands up to 100% travel and focuses on maintaining BESS at commercial solar energy projects.

Eligible candidates should have over 2 years in electrical systems, renewable energy experience, and a commitment to safety. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and competitive compensation of $25.00 – $40.00 hourly plus travel per diem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of electrical proficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of renewable energy experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain BESS equipment.
• Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) as authorized.
• Conduct safety and task planning discussions.
