Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking a Travel BCBA to join our center-based teams across North and South Carolina. You will provide behavior plans and collaborate with center staff to support children with autism and their families.

We offer a generous compensation package totaling $103,500–$114,500 per year (includes an $85,000 salary), uncapped monthly bonuses, signing and completion bonuses, housing and several stipends, plus comprehensive benefits and licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and a minimum of 2+ years experience working as a BCBA
• SC residency requirement for SC locations

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior plans for children with autism as part of a center-based team
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to support families and progress
