Job summary

KR Wolfe Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Audio-Visual Integration Technician to install and program AV systems for healthcare, education, and commercial clients.

You will pull and terminate cables, mount racks, install cameras, and troubleshoot complex AV equipment while maintaining safety and quality. Travel is 100% to project sites; you will read diagrams and work in tight spaces.

Qualifications

• Two years of AV integration experience in a technical environment.
• Ability to read reflected ceiling plans and room diagrams.
• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Dress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables.
• Install and manage video routers, switches and cameras.
• Identify cable types (SVID, HDMI, CATx, SDI, Fiber).
• Mount/display equipment and racks; read wire diagrams.
• Program and test equipment for clients.
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems and document status.
• Maintain parts inventory and record serial numbers.
• Complete daily reports, photos, timecards, and status.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality client service.
• Adhere to company mission, vision and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
