Job summary

KR Wolfe in Charlotte, NC seeks an Audio‑Visual Integration Technician responsible for pulling and terminating cables, installing equipment and wall rack gear from wire diagrams, and programming proprietary equipment for clients.

The role requires travel to project sites, reading ceiling plans, identifying cable types, and ensuring high‑quality installations while delivering world‑class customer service. Minimum two years in AV integration and HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, technical trade school or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in audio‑video integration technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Dress, label, pull, cut and terminate cables
• Installs, connects, and manages video routers and switches
• Installation of cameras
• Identify cable types including, but not limited to: SVID, Composite, RBGHV CAT 5, CAT 6, SDI, Fiber, HDMI, DVI
• Mounts and dresses display of various sizes including wall panels
• Programs various equipment
• Troubleshoot client complex audio‑video equipment
• Manage inventory of repair and replacement parts including the recording of serial model numbers
• Completes and updates daily reports, project photos, timecards and project status
• Partners with co‑workers and management to provide world‑class customer service to clients
• Complete all assigned projects in a high‑quality manner and in compliance with scopes of project assignment
• Adherence to company Mission, Vision, and Values
• Other duties as assigned by Manager
