Job summary

Dent Wizard is hiring an experienced Auto Body/Paint Technician in a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. First year earnings projected at $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential $70,000-$150,000+.

This position involves traveling to customer sites, performing paint touch-ups and surface repairs, and working at partner locations such as dealerships and rental agencies. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in collision repair or bodywork, strong color accuracy, a valid driver's

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45lbs.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites to perform paint touch-ups and surface repairs using advanced spray equipment.
Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection.
Work independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions.
Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations.
