Job Description:

As a Travel Allied Healthcare Recruiter at Ardor Health Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and placing skilled allied healthcare professionals on travel assignments nationwide. You will be the bridge between talented professionals and healthcare facilities, helping ensure they receive the support they need while maximizing their career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with qualified allied healthcare professionals across various specialties
  • Source and recruit top candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Negotiate and finalize compensation packages and contracts with candidates.
  • Provide support and mentorship to candidates throughout their assignments, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to match the best candidates with client needs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and demands in the allied healthcare field to better serve both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and track candidate and client records in the company’s recruitment software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the recruiting of healthcare or allied health clinicians.
  • Knowledge of the travel healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage your own time effectively.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting software is preferred.
  • A passion for helping healthcare professionals find meaningful and rewarding opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet recruiting targets.
