Neuro/Ortho/Vascular CST - Days - Deaconess Gateway

**Interview with Staffency Clinical Team**

40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATES

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours

Primary Location: Deaconess Gateway Hospital – Newburgh, IN

Shift Requirements: 10hr Days (0600-0700 start time)

Float Requirements: Floating between both Deaconess Gateway & Deaconess Midtown (Evansville, IN) – 8 miles apart. Usually assigned to one campus or the other based on skillset, must be open to both.

On Call/Call-Back: On call 1x/week and every 6th weekend. 30 minute response time.

Weeknight call starts after shift to following morning. Weekend call starts Friday after shift to Monday at 0700

Weekend/Holiday: As Scheduled

Required Certifications: NBSTSA CST, AHA BLS

Minimum Experience: at least 1 year CST in OR

1 previous Travel assignment completed required

Charting/Equipment: EPIC Preferred

Unit Specific Skillset: MUST HAVE STRONG Neuro/Ortho/Vascular experience.

Must be willing and able to float to general cases

Unit Information: OR 2 campuses. Level II Trauma Center, 30 OR Suites.

Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates.

Scrub Colors: provided

• Scrubs must be free of competing health systems and agency logos
• 3 call ins results in termination
• Teaching hospital - contractor may be required to precept new hires and/or students
