Job summary

IK Systems is seeking an Alarm Technician to install and service large-scale low-voltage security systems nationwide. The role requires collaboration with project teams and a focus on life safety, AV, and building automation, with hands-on problem solving and customer-facing responsibilities.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years’ experience in low-voltage installation, possess a Charles County Restricted Master Electrician license or eligibility, and are comfortable traveling up to 100% nationally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant low-voltage installation and service experience.
• License requirement: Charles County Restricted Master Electrician; insurance current.

Responsibilities

• Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems.
• Support integrated solutions such as life safety, AV, building automation, and endpoint security.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver on time and to high standards.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems.
• Represent IK Systems on-site with customers.
