You will travel up to 100% nationally until further notice and work closely with project teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in low-voltage installation and service.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel (<100% nationally).
• License readiness: Charles County Restricted Master Electrician license eligibility or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install and service large-scale, networked low-voltage security systems, including access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, and cabling.
• Support integrated solutions such as life safety, audio-visual, building automation, and endpoint security.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure systems are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize systems to meet customer needs.
• Represent IK Systems as a trusted partner on-site, building strong customer relationships.
