About the job Travel Agent Reservation Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual (Hybrid position)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Travel Agent Reservation Coordinator. As a Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of travel reservations, including booking flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements. You will also provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable travel experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements according to client specifications
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about travel options and pricing
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the booking process
  • Maintain accurate records of all travel reservations
  • Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a preference for experience in reservations
  • GDS(such as Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Long-term legal work authorization in the United States

Working Hours: 9:00~18:00
