Job summary

Bronze Star Consultant is seeking Travel Agents for a fully remote role servicing clients in the United States and United Kingdom. You will learn our travel-sales process and gain expertise in airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets, and activities.

You will be trained and supported as you build client relationships, recommend trips, and close bookings while staying compliant with industry policies and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States.
• Smartphone and/or computer with reliable internet access.
• Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
• Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests.
• Ability to manage time and be organized.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer and Internet knowledge.
• Personal travel experience is not required but is an advantage.
• Certification and Credentials.

Our client is looking for several Travel Agents across the United States and in the United Kingdom. If you love travel and want to earn a living in it, we will train you.This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, plan and execute travel sales (including but not limited to airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events & activities)
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors
• Stay up to date on the travel industry and policies
• Complete required certification within a timely manner
• Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
