• Provide project management oversight for development of sales tactics.
• Assist with development of presentations and other projects as needed.
• Potentially assist with On-Site Agent Education Programs and Training Events.

About The Role & Program

Travel Agency Sales is a department grounded in communication and relationships. This team provides strategic and tactical sales support for Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, National Geographic Expeditions, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa across various domestic travel trade channels. The mission of Travel Agency Sales is to fully leverage the Disney brand and support compelling marketing initiatives for the travel industry that motivate, educate, and inspire our clients and their guests to drive positive sales results.

This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the Orlando, FL area from January 2027 – June 2027.

What You Will Do

This role supports the Travel Agency Sales Team with business-to-business as well as business-to-business-to consumer programs. To be successful, candidates must be highly organized, detailed and have the ability to take the lead for select responsibilities.

In particular, the intern will:

• Provide communication support for various aspects of Travel Agency Sales, including supporting the EarMarked by Disney Program and Business Development Managers
• Ability to effectively partner with various team members within the Disney Destinations Organization to provide accurate and timely responses to Business Development Managers and key Travel Agencies
• Use product and process knowledge to successfully solve guest services issues
• Provide project management oversight and/or support for development of sales tactics
• Assist with development of presentations and other projects, as needed
• Potential opportunity to assist with On-Site Agent Education Programs and Training Events

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and tight deadlines
• Demonstrates ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online tools and systems
• Proficiency in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, Power Point and developing professional presentation decks

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a valid US driver’s license and your own personal vehicle to get to/from on-site events

Required Materials

Education

• Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at the time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

• Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are January 2027 – June 2027
• Fully available to work full time hours (approximately 40 per week) and have a consistent, reliable work schedule for the duration of the internship
• Transportation: Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
• Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program in the Orlando, Florida area
