What You’ll Do:

• Plan & Book Cruises: Research and book cruise vacations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Client Communication: Respond to all client correspondence within 24 hours (including weekends and holidays, except New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day).
• Travel Coordination & Advisory: Provide recommendations for hotels, flights, excursions, and travel tips beyond the cruise itself.
• Customer Support: Address client concerns before during and after their cruise for a seamless experience.
• Brand Representation: Use our established brand, logos, and trade names for professional credibility.
• CRM & Tools: Manage your business with a fully paid CRM system (training included).
• Mentorship & Community: Access experienced mentors, leadership, and a private online hub for resources and collaboration.
• Industry Credentials: Use of IATA/CLIA numbers for bookings.

Qualifications:

• At least 21 nights of cruising experience across multiple cruise lines is required.
• Sales experience or confidence in selling is required (e.g. bartending, waitressing, retail, hospitality, customer service)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

• 60% Commission Split to Start: Earn a substantial share of the total commission paid by suppliers on every booking made from company-generated leads, with no external third-party host cuts.
• 70% Commission Split for Self-Generated Clients: Bring in your own customer (not a lead provided by the company) and earn a 70% split on those bookings.
• Elite Tier Commission Splits: After reaching $100,000 in commission earned (rolling 12 months), advance to a 70% commission split on all company-generated bookings and an 80% commission split on self-generated client bookings.
• ZERO Startup or Monthly Fees: Keep 100% of your earnings-no hidden costs.*
• High-Quality Leads: Gain access to high-quality client opportunities generated through our significant investment in marketing and community building. Self-generation of leads is highly encouraged.*
• EA Navigator Fund: The company contributes 1% from our share of the commission on your bookings into a dedicated fund specifically for your familiarization travel on strategic, agency-selected cruises – helping you experience more products to better serve clients. Funds are accrued and made available for selected familiarization cruises once a practical threshold for a trip is met*
