Responsibilities

• Determine clients’ needs, preferences and budget to customize travel itineraries.
• Communicate with clients to provide travel advice and trip booking status in a timely manner.
• Work with trusted suppliers to create detailed itineraries using itinerary management software.
• Arrange and manage flights, hotels, transportation, activities & experiences, and other travel services.
• Manage client payments and invoicing.
• Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols across destinations.
• Build, maintain, and quality check client profiles in CRM.
• Provide exceptional customer service and always treat clients fairly and with respect.
• Possess knowledge of destinations around the world.
• Willingness to handle client’s travel-related issues or emergencies when they arise, sometimes after hours and on weekends.
• Undertake project work or additional tasks as requested, as well as proactively seek out other areas where support might be needed.

As a Travel Advisor you will be part of a team that arranges all aspects of travel from booking flights and accommodations to arranging transportation, and experiences. Each day will be unique and will require destination expertise, problem solving ability, time management skills, flexibility, and teamwork to provide high quality service and advice in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possesses travel and travel-industry experience, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and an innate passion for travel.

• GDS (Sabre) experience is a plus
