Job summary

OpenAI’s sales team is expanding to grow advertising revenue in the Travel vertical, partnering with airlines, hotels, OTAs, and tourism boards. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and build strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across travel brands.

You’ll collaborate with account managers and cross-functional teams to ensure advertiser success, while driving revenue growth, commercial strategy, and Travel vertical expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, client strategy, consulting, or enterprise sales.
• Experience working with Travel advertisers such as airlines, hotels, OTAs, or tourism boards.
• 3+ years advising and influencing senior executives and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through deal closure.
• Build strategic relationships with senior travel-industry decision-makers.
• Develop account plans aligning advertiser goals with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities across peak travel moments and promotions.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Maintain strong pipeline, accurate forecasting, and Travel trend insights.
