Supplemental Health Care is seeking a travel Physical Therapist to work in Independence, Missouri. The assignment is a 13-week travel contract with 40 hours per week, dayshift, 8 hours per day, in an acute care setting.

Required: MO PT licensure, graduation from an accredited PT program, BLS, and at least 1 year of PT experience. Strong communication with patients, families, and facility staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Missouri.
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT treatment and patient care per facility guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other caregivers.
• May delegate and supervise physical therapy assistants and technicians.
