Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related credential from an accredited college.
• 1–2 years of experience in case management, counseling and advocacy services.
• Some knowledge of the child welfare system preferred.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
• Bi-lingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families to assess needs, plan treatment, and provide case management to promote wellbeing.
• Learn and apply Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) with training and supervision.
• Collaborate with schools and services to secure buy-in and support for treatment.
• Conduct regular home and office visits and other field visits as needed.
• Provide crisis management, advocacy, and referral as part of care.
