Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate nursing care according to the nursing skills inventory and patient needs.
• Coordinates nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Directs and may delegate tasks to the healthcare team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Develops discharge and transfer plans and participates in program evaluation and quality improvement.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and Memorial Hermann policies to ensure high-quality care.
