Qualifications

• BLS certification required at hire; additional certifications preferred
• Less than one year of clinical experience post‑graduation preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards.
• Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in care planning.

• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission and safety goals
