Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Surgery Trauma to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team in an acute care setting.

You will perform the nursing process, apply evidence-based practices, and ensure individualized care for diverse patient populations while adhering to safety standards.

The role requires an active RN license, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Active RN license (state or multi-state).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Less than one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate safe and efficient delivery of care, documenting accurately and promoting teamwork.
• Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Participate in professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold organizational policies and standards.
• Assist in developing protocols and optimizing resource utilization to improve patient outcomes.
