Job summary

BAS Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - General Surgery for an inpatient locum tenens assignment in Richland, WA.

The facility operates as a Level 2 Trauma Center with a pediatric trauma component, supporting trauma surgery coverage two weeks per month. Responsibilities include inpatients coverage with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a), pediatric case consultations, and potential involvement in hemostatic procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Washington NP license or IMLC eligibility.
• DEA registration required.
• ACLS and ATLS certifications required.
• Pediatric trauma experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient trauma surgery coverage for two weeks per month.
• Provide pediatric trauma consultations and interventions.
• Assist with potential hemostatic procedures or endoscopic cases.
• Manage approximately 20 patient encounters per shift.
