Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a General Surgeon at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The role involves providing critical medical and surgical services in a Level 1 trauma center.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE as a surgeon and able to meet medical staff requirements.
• Must demonstrate surgical skills expected in a Level 1 trauma facility.
• Oregon licensure is required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical supplemental services within an assigned clinic.
• Cover trauma evaluations and emergency general surgery consults.
• Participate in an established pathway for ECMO services if desired.
