Skilled Wound Care is seeking a Trauma Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives in Wilmington, DE. This no-call, Monday–Friday role offers a high-impact career with flexible hours and no overnight activations.

Formación

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Wound care training provided; no prior wound care experience required.

Trauma Surgeon Salary & Compensation

• Average Annual Earnings: 200,000-250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)


• High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses

Trauma Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution


• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)


• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one


• Open Background: We welcome Trauma and Acute Care Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
