Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling to individuals, families, and children including intake and diagnosis.
• Supervise clinical trainees and externs and collaborate with multi-disciplinary staff.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate record-keeping per regulations.
• Meet productivity standards and provide VOCA supports as required.
• Engage in community outreach and represent JFS in the community.
• Ensure licensure and background checks are kept current and compliant.
