Position Title: Trauma Sales Representative
What you will do
As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Trauma products that meet our customers’ needs. You will be responsible for becoming a trauma expert, working with surgeons and healthcare professionals. You will organize your materials and quickly sort through solutions during operating or emergency room consultations. You will meticulously manage your inventory and be prepared to assist customers whenever needed. Your knowledge of your products and competitors’ offerings will build credibility with surgeons, who trust you to provide advice and training. You will live out your mission to change lives by selling products that improve healthcare.
What you need
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both)
3+ years of sales experience preferred
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems
Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with office technologies (MS Office, databases, etc.)
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals is beneficial
Comfortable working in emergency and operating room environments
Ability to attend sales and professional meetings outside regular hours as required
Adherence to compliance and responsibility principles (AdvaMed), maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, acting ethically, reporting non-compliance, and following applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
This role is 100% commission-based and includes bonuses and benefits.
