Qualifications

• BSN preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant RN leadership/coordination experience
• Current PA RN license or multi-state license (eNLC)
• Active CPR certification
• Clearances: Act 34, Act 33, Act 73

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and administer plan of care, completing appropriate documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies.
• Communicate with attending physician regarding plan of care and involve physician in clinical decision making of any issues outside the RN's knowledge base or scope of practice.
• Assess learning needs of patient and family and provide education based on individual needs.
• Communicate and coordinate patient care with patient, family, community health services, and interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate administrative functions for the Program, which may include staffing coverage and/or participating in marketing activities.
• Participate in the development and implementation of departmental and hospital performance improvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
