Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Florida Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care and support to patients and families.
