Job summary

Smart Staffing Group is seeking a Trauma Registrar in Syracuse, NY to join the hospital's Trauma Program. You will collect detailed patient data for the trauma registry, perform data entry, and generate statistics and reports at both hospital and regional levels.

Requirements include prior trauma registry experience, AIS/ATS registry course completion before contract start, and preference for CSTR certification. A pre-employment health clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Trauma Registrar is required.
• Course completion in AIS Coding and ATS Trauma Registry is required prior to contract start.
• CSTR is preferred.
• Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collect high-quality, detailed patient data for the trauma registry.
• Enter data, generate statistics and reporting at hospital and regional levels.
• Work with the Trauma Program with minimal orientation and supervision.
