Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, current RN license in the State of Georgia.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• 3–5 years nursing experience with 2–3 years in trauma, critical care, or emergency nursing.
• TNCC, PALS or ENPC, and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the trauma program for ACS verification visits and surveys.
• Leads trauma services personnel, performance improvement coordinators, and outreach staff.
• Drafts and maintains trauma protocols, guidelines, and budgets.
• Evaluates trauma cases to ensure adherence to national and state standards.
• Attends trauma activations and participates in multidisciplinary rounds.
• Coordinates community injury prevention and professional education activities.
