Adecco US, Inc. in Knoxville, TN seeks a Trauma Program Manager to develop, coordinate, and improve the trauma program at Parkwest Medical Center, working with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital leadership to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care across the continuum.
You will build the Level II trauma program infrastructure, drive outcomes, lead multidisciplinary collaboration among surgeons, ED, ICU, EMS, and nursing, and oversee regulatory readiness and trauma data practices.

Pay rate range: 112K - 160K
The Trauma Program Manager is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the trauma program at Parkwest Medical Center. Working in collaboration with the Trauma Medical Director and hospital leadership, this position supports high-quality, evidence-based trauma care across the continuum of care, including injury prevention, prehospital coordination, emergency services, acute inpatient care, rehabilitation, trauma registry management, performance improvement, education, outreach, and trauma center verification readiness.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master's degree preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant clinical nursing experience required. Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, performance improvement, clinical education, program coordination, or leadership. Knowledge of trauma systems, ACS trauma program standards, trauma registry processes, and trauma performance improvement principles.
Licensure Requirement: Must have and maintain current unrestricted RN license in state of TN. Additional trauma certifications preferred.
