Job summary

Stryker in Mahwah, NJ is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager in the Trauma unit to guide portfolio strategy through customer, market, and competitive insights. You will translate needs into requirements and lead product development efforts with R&D to advance our business objectives.

The role requires 6+ years of experience and on-site presence in Mahwah, with collaboration across Commercial, Clinical, and Marketing teams to drive growth and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Ability to be onsite in Mahwah, NJ office 3x a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customer, market, and competitive insights to guide portfolio strategy.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements for portfolio decisions.
• Lead lifecycle management and go-to-market for innovative solutions.
• Gather market data and perform competitive intelligence to inform strategy.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and ROI models for portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Marketing.
