Job summary

LocumTenens.com, LLC is seeking a Plastic Surgeon for a weekend inpatient call role in North Carolina from January 2027 through September 2027. The assignment requires board-certified plastic surgery, ACLS/BLS, and state licensure, with no outpatient clinic duties.

Clinical duties include inpatient and ED care, complex trauma reconstructions, and documentation in EPIC EHR. Expect around 10+ cases per census and AR visits with a focus on trauma coverage.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Must hold a valid state medical license.
• Current or recent call experience at a Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma center.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend inpatient call coverage (Fri 7 AM–Mon 7 AM) January 2027 through September 2027.
• Manage inpatient and emergency department plastic surgery cases, including trauma reconstructions.
• Document all care in EPIC EHR; no outpatient clinic duties.
