UCHealth is seeking a Manager, Trauma Outreach RN in Aurora, CO, to lead strategic planning, development, and implementation of trauma outreach, education, and injury prevention programs. The role requires strong trauma nursing experience and demonstrated leadership and collaboration with EMS and community partners.

The Manager will supervise the trauma outreach team, oversee scheduling, payroll, budgets, contracts/grants, and vendor relations, and build partnerships to advance trauma system

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with active state license (RN).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or ADN with BSN in progress.
• 3+ years of relevant trauma/acute care experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross at start date (valid through 60 days).

• Lead the daily operations of the Trauma Outreach function to align with UCHealth goals.
• Supervise trauma outreach, education, and injury prevention initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and staff development for the outreach team.
• Oversee outreach budgets, contracts/grants, and vendor relations.
