Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare is seeking a Trauma Outreach and Education Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between its Level I Trauma Centers and regional partners. The role focuses on referral network development, professional education, and improving access to trauma and burn care.

Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, analyzing regional trends, teaching TNCC and Stop the Bleed, and representing the system at conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Five years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical education, physician relations, network development, or hospital marketing.
• RN license issued by Minnesota or an approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate referral communication and follow-up with referring centers.
• Coordinate referral development between the Trauma/Burn Program outreach and business development specialists.
• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to drive opportunities and coordinate outreach activities.
• Develop communication strategies to gather feedback and resolve issues for providers and partners.
• Coordinate educational opportunities (ATLS, ABLS, TNCC, Stop the Bleed) and attend conferences.
