Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis seeks a Trauma Outreach and Education Coordinator within Trauma Services. The role serves as the primary liaison between Hennepin Healthcare's Level I Trauma Centers, Burn Center, regional referring hospitals, EMS agencies, and community partners to strengthen partnerships and improve access to specialized trauma and burn care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical education, physician relations, network development, or similar role in hospital marketing or business development.
Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

Facilitate development, effectiveness measurement, and promotion of referral communication with referring centers.
Coordinate referral communication between Trauma/Burn Program outreach and business development specialists.
Lead collaboration to coordinate business development opportunities by chairing work groups and communicating with stakeholders.
Develop communication strategies that provide information and collect actionable feedback; resolve issues for customers and stakeholders.
