Jackson Physician Search WV seeks a board-certified orthopedic surgeon to join a collegial team at a 200-bed community hospital in southern West Virginia. The facility offers MAKO technology, Epic EMR, and dedicated OR block time with low-level trauma call.

A base salary of 687K+ plus uncapped wRVU incentives accompanies a comprehensive benefits package. Visa support (J1/H1B) is available; PSLF eligible site with relocation assistance and a $60K signing bonus.

Job Highlights:

• Join a collegial team of ORS Surgeons & APPs recruiting based on expanding volumes and growth. Service area 115K population.
• Non-profit, 200-bed community hospital. Hip and Knee Replacement Center of Excellence Certification from DNV. MAKO technology onsite. Epic EMR. Dedicated OR block time and low-level 4 trauma call. Call 1:5 expected.
• Financial package includes 687K+ base salary plus uncapped wRVU production incentives.
• Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, annual CME allowance, 60K signing bonus, relocation assistance and more. PSLF eligible site.
• Must be American Board Certified (or eligible). Seasoned physicians and new graduates are welcome to apply.
