Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a non-profit, 200-bed community hospital in Southern West Virginia. You will work with a collegial team of ORS Surgeons & APPs, with dedicated OR block time and a MAKO program onsite.

The position offers a base salary of 687K+ with uncapped wRVU incentives, a 60K signing bonus, relocation assistance, paid malpractice including tail, and CME allowance; PSLF eligible site with visa support.

• Must be American Board Certified (or eligible) in Orthopedic Surgery.

Job Highlights:

• Join a collegial team of ORS Surgeons & APPs recruiting based on expanding volumes and growth. Service area 115K population.


• Non-profit, 200-bed community hospital. Hip and Knee Replacement Center of Excellence Certification from DNV. MAKO technology onsite. Epic EMR. Dedicated OR block time and low-level 4 trauma call. Call 1:5 expected.


• Financial package includes 687K+ base salary plus uncapped wRVU production incentives.


• Full HR benefits, paid malpractice including tail, annual CME allowance, 60K signing bonus, relocation assistance and more. PSLF eligible site.
