Job summary

JPS Health Network, in partnership with Acclaim Health, seeks a Neurosurgeon to deliver comprehensive neurosurgical care for brain, spine, and peripheral nerve disorders, in a Level-1 Trauma Center setting.

The role includes trauma call coverage, complex surgical procedures, teaching and research activities, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes in both inpatient and outpatient settings at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Neurosurgery.
• Board Certification in Neurosurgery; eligible for Texas medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care for brain, spine, and peripheral nervous system disorders.
• Perform complex neurosurgical procedures and trauma call coverage.
• Participate in teaching, research, and multidisciplinary team activities to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with inpatient and outpatient teams to coordinate care and ensure evidence-based practices.
