Qualifications

• ASN required.
• BSN preferred.
• Maryland RN license or Multi-State Compact with Maryland eligibility.
• Specialty certification recognized by Magnet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity nursing care on 3 East medical-surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care with a focus on trauma, neuro and ortho cases.
• Administer medications, manage PCA/PCEA therapies and wound/ drain care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safety, quality and patient-centered care.
