Britt Medical is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon for a full-time role at a Critical Access Hospital in rural Eastern Oregon. The position includes surgery clinic work, operating room duties, and on-call coverage, with leadership responsibilities as Trauma Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible General Surgeon
• Experience in trauma and emergency cases preferred
• Strong leadership and team-education skills

Responsibilities

• Perform general surgery procedures and endoscopy/colonoscopy as part of routine care
• Provide general surgery and trauma call coverage
• Round on surgical patients and oversee postoperative care
• Serve as Trauma Medical Director with program oversight
• Collaborate with clinic and OR leadership on best practices
