Job summary

TriStar Skyline Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. In collaboration with medical providers, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

You will document care, use the Nursing Process for individualized plans, perform medications administration, and maintain knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical procedures and equipment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or appropriate compact state.
• Appropriate communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care.
• Pre-operative and post-operative nursing care in collaboration with medical providers.
• Advocates for patients to support an unparalleled patient experience.
• Documents all patient care and uses Nursing Process for individualized care.
