Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a registered nurse to provide general nursing care in the Trauma Unit 1. The role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with the health care team. It is a night shift with a 36-hour week.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree and an Ohio RN license, with BLS/CPR certification. You will contribute to high reliability, safety, and quality care across the continuum.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; RN license in Ohio; BLS/CPR certifications (American Heart Association).
• Night shift experience or willingness to work nights is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills in a fast-paced unit.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing nursing assessments and document findings.
• Plan, identify outcomes, and revise care plans with the care team.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and ensure quality outcomes.
• Lead process-improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Assist in operations and daily unit activities within Trauma Unit 1.
