Job summary

Youth Opportunity is hiring a Transporter at Rockdale Youth Academy in Rockdale, Texas. You will transport youth to and from the program, maintain vehicles, and assist staff to ensure youth safety during transport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior safe driving experience with a proven safe driving record.
• Ability to relate to a wide diversity of youth and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled transportation for youth to and from the program and activities.
• Develop and maintain efficient pickup and delivery route schedules.
• Operate vans and vehicles safely according to policies and traffic laws.
• Perform basic maintenance and safety checks on assigned vehicles.
• Supervise youth during transport and report unsafe conditions immediately.
