Job summary

Nexus Family Healing - Austin Campus seeks a licensed therapist to join our youth residential program. You will provide clinical assessment, treatment, and discharge planning with a trauma-informed lens, and you will engage families through family therapy and collaborative planning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with community providers, milieu coordination, and on-call availability. We offer comprehensive benefits, a supportive team, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or clinically related field.
• Must be licensed on track for licensure in LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT per state requirements.
• Valid driver's license; must meet MN driving requirements.
• 21 years of age.
• Must pass MN DHS criminal background check.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse individuals.
• Open to meeting cultural needs and varied communities.
• Must complete Handle with Care training.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of youth’s treatment through clinical assessment, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Deliver trauma-informed individual and family therapy and family treatment planning.
• Collaborate with community providers regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Develop and facilitate milieu and treatment groups; participate in team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; stay current on company policies.
