Job summary

A Foundation for Living and Healing is hiring Youth Residential Treatment Specialists for our licensed adolescent residential program in Columbus, Ohio. This role supports supervision, structure, behavioral strategies, crisis prevention, documentation, and daily programming for adolescents.

We offer full time, part time, and PRN positions with day and night shifts. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
Weekend and holiday availability.
Background check and drug screening eligibility.
In-house TB testing.
Crisis composure and accurate electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional boundaries and house expectations.
Use trauma-informed approaches.
Identify behavioral triggers.
Apply approved prevention and de-escalation techniques.
Respond safely to challenging behaviors.
Support treatment goals and daily programming.
Complete accurate shift notes and incident reports.
Transport adolescents.
Collaborate with treatment team.
